Please read our terms carefully before using our services.
Short Version: We provide social media and SMS tools. Refunds are only given to your account balance, not your bank. Don't use our system for illegal activities. We are not responsible for updates made by social media platforms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or using "Social Hub" (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Social Hub acts as an intermediary platform connecting users with third-party providers for:
- Social Media Marketing (SMM) services including likes, followers, views, and comments.
- Virtual SMS number rentals for verification purposes.
We do not own the social media platforms (Instagram, Telegram, etc.) and operate independently of them.
3. Orders & Fulfillment
3.1. Delivery Estimates
The "Speed" and "Start Time" listed on service descriptions are estimations based on current averages. We do not guarantee exact delivery times. Delays may occur due to updates on social media platforms.
3.2. Order Accuracy
You are responsible for providing correct links.
- Public Profiles: Accounts must be set to "Public" during delivery. Private accounts will result in failed orders without refund.
- No Changes: Do not change your username or delete content while an order is processing.
- Double Ordering: Do not place two orders for the same link simultaneously. Wait for the first to complete.
3.3. Drop Rate & Refills
Social media followers/likes may decrease over time ("Drop"). Services marked as "Non-Drop" or "Refill" come with a guarantee period (e.g., 30 days). If drops occur within this period, a refill will be attempted automatically by our smart algorithm. Services with "No Refill" are sold as-is.
4. SMS Rental Specifics
Virtual numbers are temporary. Once a rental period expires, the number cannot be recovered. We are not responsible for accounts lost due to expired numbers. Refunds for SMS services are only issued if no SMS code was received within the valid timeframe.
5. Refund & Payment Policy
5.1. No Cash Refunds
All sales are final. Funds deposited into your Social Hub balance (via Cryptocurrency, Card, or other methods) cannot be withdrawn or refunded to your original payment method. They may only be used to purchase services on the platform.
5.2. Order Refunds
If a service cannot be completed by our providers, the cost of the order will be automatically refunded to your Social Hub Account Balance.
5.3. Disputes & Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider is a violation of these terms. This will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
6. User Conduct
We reserve the right to ban users without refund for:
- Rude or abusive behavior towards support staff.
- Using the service for illegal activities, harassment, or spam.
- Attempting to exploit bugs or hack the platform.
7. Disclaimer
Social Hub is not responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. We are not responsible for any account suspensions or picture deletions done by Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or other social media.
1. Information We Collect
We believe in minimal data collection. To operate the Service, we collect:
- Account Data: Username, Email address, and Password (encrypted).
- Transaction Data: Payment history, Order logs, and Deposit records.
- Technical Data: IP address, Browser type (for security and fraud prevention).
If you use Google Sign-In, we store your Google ID and Avatar URL for authentication purposes.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used strictly to:
- Process your orders and transactions.
- Provide customer support via the Ticket system.
- Notify you of order status updates (via Email or Telegram).
- Prevent fraud and ensure account security.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data is only shared in the following necessary circumstances:
- Service Providers: Order details (Link and Quantity) are sent to our automated suppliers to fulfill the service. We do not send them your email or billing info.
- Payment Processors: Payment details are handled securely by third-party gateways (e.g., Cryptomus). We do not store credit card numbers.
- Legal Requirements: If required by law enforcement or a valid court order.
4. Cookies & Security
We use local storage and session tokens (JWT) to keep you logged in. We protect your data using:
- Encryption: All passwords are hashed using bcrypt.
- SSL: All traffic is secured via HTTPS.
- Security Headers: We use industry-standard protection against XSS and injection attacks.
5. Telegram Integration
If you choose to link your Telegram account, we store your Chat ID to send notifications. You may unlink this at any time in your Account Settings.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
